Position Title: Web Designer

Position Purpose:

Web Designer will create design concepts for websites, conversion driven landing pages, and microsites. Maintain web graphics and online marketing materials. This position will report to the Creative Director and will be hands-on creative, working closely with other departments to meet online deliverable deadline.

Essential Functions:

Conceptualize, design, and produce online visual elements and site designs for Tier3Digital clients. Maintain continous site updates and daily maintenance.

Create and execute online marketing campaigns, including banner ad creation and email campaigns.

Focus will be placed on implementing  web 2.0 web solutions, with design changes to metrics data. This position will bridge the gap between innovative web design and emerging web technologies.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Years of Experience: 2-4 Years
